Do you guys know where I can go for custom-fit jeans or pants?

I have a real trouble finding jeans and pants because of difficulties with my body. I have short legs with rounder thighs. Pants at department stores are either too long, too tight, or too large for me. Do you guys know any websites or stores that can help me with that? Thanks a lot and have a nice day guys...
